My wife and I decided to move to Celina, TX and build a house right in the middle of Covid, we met Shawn through a recommendation due to my job as a fireman. Our mutual friend thought it would be a good match for us. Turned out, we were sold from the first handshake. Not only did Shawn drop everything he was doing on his day off and drive immediately to meet us, he showed us around for almost two hours the first day we went and toured the neighborhood. From the moment we decided on Shawn, it was the most smooth, stress free process of buying a home, that it almost didn't feel real. You hear all of these horror stories about the stresses of buying a home much less trying to build one at the beginning of a worldwide pandemic. That didn't stop Shawn at at all. From constant contact with us, the builder and the seller, Shawn went to bat for us every step of the way. However, the best thing by far was Shawn's patience. My wife and I were about as green in the knowledge of homebuying as one could be, Shawn did the best job of taking the time (NO MATTER THE HOUR) to walk us through and explain in detail everything and it's meaning. When we walking into closing, I felt as if we had a confidence in knowing we had not only made the right decision in buying a home but the right choice in taking on Shawn as our realtor. Even after closing I am still in constant contact with him, as he feels more like a friend than a realtor at this point. I know without a shadow of a doubt, when it comes time again for another home, no question who we will be turning to. Job well done, brother.
