As a first time home buyer I needed guidance through the entire home buying process. Shawn was quick to respond to my many (and I mean MANY) questions. He made himself available for tours even when my work travel schedule caused changes and delays. After finding a home that met my criteria Shawn was able to negotiate a great offer which included all of the incentives we asked for- I was shocked at how easy the offer process went even with the adjustments and small repairs that we asked for. Never thought buying a house would go this smoothly!
