Shawn is one of the hardest working realtors we have worked with. He was consistently in touch with me during the build process and were involved from start to finish. Shawn provided us with detailed information on critical decisions allowing us to make an educated decision. There was an issue with the appraisal and he worked with all involved to make things better for me and my wife. Ultimately the appraisal issue was a wash after they negotiated a credit to us with the builder. Prior to the final walk through, despite being very ill, Shawn went to the house and inspected it before we met with the builder for the final walk through so that he can point out any items that may have been missed. Shawn is now our “lifetime” realtor for all of our real estate needs.
